One of the key problems with some of the home based business opportunities out there is the fact that your upline or mentor is clueless. PERIOD! I know that is a bit harsh but I am sick and tired of getting calls from people that I have never met before and they are like a deer in headlights. They have done exactly what their so called mentor told them to do and it is not making them any money. There are a bunch of dead carcasses all over the place and I'm not talking about the road kill on the side of the highway. I'm talking about the network marketers, cash gifters, affiliate marketers etc. Folks, if you know how to market and where to market, you can make money with pretty much any program!
There are too many pretenders out there on YouTube, Google, and all of the the social networking sites as well saying that they have the "secret that nobody knows about." I had a stranger call me the other day out of the blue and told me that their upline sponsor told him to focus on Craig's list only. What? Give me a break! That's your secret? Never ever EVER should you only focus on one way of marketing your business.
It would be impossible for me to share with you exactly what you should do in this blog. What I can tell you is that you have different strengths and even different likes than the next guy. The key is to know all of the different options out there to market your business and then pick a few of them. After you do those few well and track your results, you find out which one brought you the most sales or recruits. Then you hit that harder and ride that wave. While those little money tree's that you planted are bringing in sales or distributor's into your business, you move on to the next marketing strategy or strategies.
